6. Protection and security of personal data
The contact information of the company's customers is stored in the customer register of J & T Kodinhoitajat Oy's billing software. The registry is stored only on the hard disk of the computer used for billing and on its backups. The data cannot be accessed via the internet. Access to personal data is restricted and will not be disclosed to other actors. Personal information will be kept in the register as long as the company is a registered customer. After the end of the customer relationship, personal data is generally stored for 12 months. All manual material is stored in a locked state. The information stored in the register is not intended to be kept confidential.
The registry data is protected from external use and the use of customer data is monitored. The computer used in the company and its workstation are protected.
The company's e-mail program stores the e-mail addresses of incoming and outgoing messages to the company. Information sent through the contact forms on the company’s website will be forwarded to the company’s email via an https-secured connection. The security of the e-mail server is taken care of by a reliable domestic service provider.

7. Regular transfers and transfers of personal data
Personal data is only stored in the company's internal system, which is not accessible via the Internet. Personal data will not be disclosed to other actors.

8. Transfers of personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area
The company does not use services outside the European Union or the European Economic Area for the processing or transfer of contact information, and access to the information is not granted for more than is necessary for the performance of the services.

9. Retention period of personal data
Personal information will be kept in the register as long as the company is a registered customer. After the end of the customer relationship, personal data is generally stored for 12 months.

10. Right of inspection of the data subject
As a general rule, the data subject has the right to inspect the data stored in the personal register at any time:

  • to receive information about the processing of their personal data
  • gain access to their own data and verify the personal data processed by the company about themselves
  • require the correction and supplementation of inaccurate and incorrect personal data
  • request the deletion of their personal data
  • withdraw his consent and object to the processing of his personal data in so far as the processing of personal data is based on the data subject's consent;
  • object to the processing of his or her personal data on the basis of his or her specific personal situation, in so far as the processing of personal data is based on
  • obtain their personal data in electronic form and transfer such data to another controller, provided that the data subject has himself provided the personal data to the company. The company processes and processes such personal data with the consent of the data subject
  • require restrictions on the processing of their personal data.

The data subject must submit a request for the exercise of the above right in accordance with this section of the Privacy Statement, Registrar and Contact Person (1). The company may ask the registrant to specify his request in writing and to verify the identity of the data subject before processing the request. The company may refuse to comply with the request on the grounds provided for by the applicable law.

11. Right to appeal to the supervisory authority
